Kenneth L. Browning
Mr. Browning graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College in Connecticut, and Cornell Law School, and is a member of the California and New York Bars. He is an Honorary George F. Baker Scholar at the Harvard Business School and has been a practicing entertainment and transactional lawyer in Beverly Hills, California for more than thirty years, representing clients in literally all aspects of the entertainment industry.
Mr. Browning is also a well-recognized Founder and operating principal of multiple consumer product companies. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of these companies’ worldwide operations, including their conventional retail, home shopping, electronic retailing, e-commerce, and related marketing platforms and channels, and branding strategies. Mr. Browning’s companies have received numerous awards for product innovation, best in class, and best new product.

Shelley Browning
Ms. Browning graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, and Pi Gammu Mu from UCLA, and USC School of Law, and is a member of the California Bar. She is the Founder and CEO of Magnolia Entertainment, a global talent management and production company, whose clients include numerous Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Emmy Award nominees and recipients. Ms. Browning is a life-long equestrian, and regularly competes throughout the United States in dressage.
